Our Office Exposure Package allows a Broker to feature their office and up to 5 specific Agents. You can target up to 20 cities/areas and the the monthly Click Fee Budget can range from $1,000-10,000. Our management fee is $749/mo and there is a one-time setup charge of $500. This is ideal for an office that wants to establish themselves as the premier agency in their area. Home buyers and sellers can be sent to any part of your existing website or we can set up something specific to increase the effectiveness of your campaign.

Listing Exposure – $100 Setup, $149/mo + Click Fees

The Listing Exposure Package gets your listing in front of home buyers fast! When someone searches for homes in your listing’s city, they see a detailed ad for your listing right on the first page and all they have to do is click on the link to be taken directly to your website where they can learn more about you and the listing. This is a fantastic way to get very targeted visitors to your website and there’s a good chance that these buyers are not already working with an agent so you have the opportunity to double-end the deal!
